Questions

Do my guests need to install an app?
No. Everything happens in the browser. Guests open the event QR code or share link, do a face scan and see their photos. There is nothing to install.
Can guests see other people's photos?
Guests see the photos they appear in. They don't get the whole event to scroll through.
What if someone wants a photo taken down?
They can send a takedown request to the photographer from the gallery. The photographer reviews it and approves or declines it.
How long can guests get their photos?
The gallery stays open for 7 to 90 days, depending on the package. Small galleries can add 7 or 14 days.
