Questions
- Do attendees need to install an app?
- No. Everything happens in the browser. Guests open the event QR code or share link, do a face scan and see their photos. There is nothing to install.
- Can attendees see everyone else?
- Attendees see the photos they appear in. They don't get the whole event to scroll through.
- What if someone wants a photo taken down?
- They can send a takedown request to the photographer from the gallery. The photographer reviews it and approves or declines it.
- How long can attendees get their photos?
- The gallery stays open for 7 to 90 days, depending on the package. Small galleries can add 7 or 14 days.
