No one is added to anything. A member decides to open the link and do a face scan, and only then sees the photos they appear in.

Each person sees their own photos

Members see the photos they appear in, not the whole event. That fits moments like dedications, baptisms and quiet times of prayer.

Takedown requests are simple

If a member isn't comfortable with a photo, they can send a takedown request to the photographer from the gallery. The photographer reviews it and approves or declines it.

Good for every gathering

Services, weddings, dedications, thanksgivings and conferences all work the same way. Each one gets its own QR code and share link. The gallery stays open for 7 to 90 days, depending on the package. Small galleries can add 7 or 14 days.

    Share the QR code or link in the bulletin, on the screen or in church groups. Members who want their photos do a face scan.

    Members keep their memories.

    Each member sees the photos they appear in, downloads in HD or 4K, and can send a takedown request for any photo.

  • Unused events roll over for one month, up to half of your monthly allowance.
  • Each event is capped at the Medium Event size (1,000 photos).

Questions

Does everyone have to do a face scan?
No. It's each person's choice. Members who don't want to take part can just skip it.
Do members need an app?
No. Everything happens in the browser. Guests open the event QR code or share link, do a face scan and see their photos. There is nothing to install.
Can a member see photos of other people?
Members see the photos they appear in. They don't get the full gallery to browse.
What if someone wants a photo removed?
They can send a takedown request to the photographer from the gallery. The photographer reviews it and approves or declines it.
How long are photos available?
The gallery stays open for 7 to 90 days, depending on the package. Small galleries can add 7 or 14 days.
